The Service allows users to share code snippets through unique links. Each snippet remains accessible for 10 minutes, and this timer resets each time the snippet is accessed within this timeframe. Snippets exceeding 50KB in size are not permitted. Snippets will be permanently deleted after 10 minutes of inactivity.
You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You are responsible for ensuring that your code snippets do not violate any applicable laws, third-party rights, or these Terms. We reserve the right to delete any snippet deemed illegal, harmful, or in violation of these Terms, even before its expiration.
You retain ownership of any code snippets you share via the Service. By sharing a snippet, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display your snippet on the Site until it expires or is deleted.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, excluding user-uploaded snippets, are the exclusive property of Joao Nascimento (nasc.dev) and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
The Service does not collect personal data. However, we use Google Analytics to understand and improve user interactions with the Service. Please refer to Google Analytics' privacy policy for details on data collection.
We strive to maintain a reliable and functional service, but we do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. Changes, updates, or interruptions may occur, and any notifications regarding such changes will be provided through banners on the Site.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, security, or reliability of the Service.
In no event shall Joao Nascimento (nasc.dev) be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Brazilian Arbitration Act (Law No. 9.307/96). If arbitration is not possible, disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Vassouras, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
